Local law enforcement may require chains in extreme conditions. Please be sure to check the weather before your trip. 🐶Pets - We accommodate up to a maximum of 2 dogs under 60 lbs ($100 pet fee/dog/stay), no other pets are allowed. Please be sure to include your dog(s) in your reservation, they must be house trained and are not of an aggressive breed. Please do not let dog(s) on furniture/beds, attend to them at all times, pick up after them, and keep them on leash when outdoors. 🏠Property Boundaries - Our property is not fenced, please do not trespass to the tiny home on the property or neighboring properties. 🔒Safety - For your safety please keep exterior doors closed to prevent pests. To avoid wildlife encounters, do not venture into unpaved areas, especially in locations with dense vegetation. 🚭NO SMOKING Indoor or Outdoor - We are in a high fire-risk zone due to proximity to the forest. For your safety, advanced smoke detection devices have been installed throughout interior and exterior areas. ANY type of smoking will be detected and a minimum of $750 fine may be charged depending on the extent of the damage. Exceptions to this rule may be allowed at a designated outdoor area, please inquire for details. 🧯NO BURNING OF ANYTHING Indoor or Outdoor - The use of any wood/charcoal burning grill or equipment is strictly prohibited. All our fireplaces are electric. The propane fire pit & BBQ grill are usable year-round. 1 filled propane tank is provided for each of these amenities during your stay. Please DO NOT move the grill under or near any roof/structures/vegetation! Violations will incur a minimum of $750 fine. 🚮Trash - Please take out trash at check-out and do not leave ANY food/drinks outside, including in the dome and patio as the smell may attract wildlife. Additional fees may be charged if excessive trash is found after your stay(specifically when the on-site dumpster is overloaded). 🔇Quiet Hours - From 10PM to 8AM. String lights around the house & dome will automatically turn off during quiet hours. Other exterior lights around the house will remain on until dawn. 🧰Check In - Check in is 4PM or anytime thereafter. 🚗Check Out - Check out is 10AM or anytime before. *Unauthorized early arrivals/late check outs are subject to a penalty of $50 every 30 minutes (and any fraction thereof) outside the specified times. Past the 2 hour mark the entire day's rate as well as additional fees may be charged for any refund we may have to issue to adjacent reservations for any disruptions to their stay. 🛁Hot Tub - The hot tub fits up to 6 people at once, it's checked before and after every reservation and professionally serviced. Over-occupying/leaving the cover off/not showering prior/pouring any chemicals/turning the hot tub off, or any other actions that lead us to drain/refill/reheat the water will incur a cost of $300. *We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Hosting or bringing an Airbnb-related Service or Experience or any other third party vendors onto the premises without our prior written approval will lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund. There are exterior cameras on recording 24/7. The cameras are on the front and side porches as well as outside the garage facing entrances and driveways. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. There is no built-in exhaust fan in the kitchen, however we do have a portable window exhaust fan that can be placed on one of the windows and blow the air out from inside. The water in the mountains is rich with minerals which leave behind water spots that are sometimes hard to remove. You may occasionally find such spots on utensils & surfaces, rest assured that everything has been cleaned by our cleaning team. With the pristine forest around our property, you may occasionally encounter wildlife & insects. While we implement professional pest control, these critters are part of mountain living and may sometimes find their way in. If you notice any during your stay, please reach out to us & we'll address them promptly. We do not have a mailbox at the house, so please kindly refrain from shipping or mailing anything to the property, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Thank you for reading!
