Additional guests will incur a nightly fee of $100 per guest. ❄️Chains - California Highway Patrol and the National Park Service may require chains in extreme weather conditions as we could get snow during winter months. Please MAKE SURE to check the weather before your trip and bring a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions. 🐶Pets - We accommodate up to a maximum of 1 dog under 40 lbs($35/dog/stay), no other pets are allowed. Please be sure to include your dog in your reservation, it must be house trained and is not of an aggressive breed. Please do not let the dog on furniture/beds/tatami, pick up after it, and keep it ON LEASH when outside. The dog must not be left unattended in the tiny home at any time, even when caged. 🧯NO BURNING OF ANYTHING Indoor or Outdoor - The use of any wood/charcoal burning grill or equipment is strictly prohibited. All our fireplaces are electric. The propane fire pit & BBQ grill are usable year-round. 1 filled propane tank is provided for each of these amenities during your stay. Please DO NOT move the grill under or near any roof/structures/vegetation! Violations will incur a minimum of $750 fine. 🚮Trash - Please do not leave ANY food/drinks outside, including in the dome, as the smell may attract wildlife. Additional fees may be charged if excessive trash is found after your stay(specifically when the outdoor trash can is overloaded). 🏠Property Boundaries - Our property is NOT fenced, please stay on the platform that the tiny home sits on and do not trespass to the large house on the property or the neighboring property below. 🔒Safety - For your safety please keep exterior doors closed to prevent pests. To avoid wildlife encounters, do not venture into unpaved areas, especially in locations with dense vegetation. 🔇Quiet Hours - From 10PM to 8AM. String lights are on a timer switch that will automatically turn on at 7PM and turn off at 10PM to help comply with this requirement. 🧰Check In - Check in is at 4PM or anytime thereafter. 🚗Check Out - Check out is at 11AM or anytime before. *To ensure a good experience for every guest, unauthorized early arrivals/late check-outs are subject to a penalty of $35 every 30 minutes (and any fraction of) outside the specified times. Past the 2 hour mark the entire day's rate as well as additional fees may be charged for any refund we may have to issue to adjacent reservations for any disruptions to their stay. 🛁Hot Tub - The hot tub fits up to 2 adults and 2 children at once, it's checked before and after every reservation and professionally serviced. Over-occupying/leaving the cover off/not showering prior/pouring any chemicals/turning the hot tub off, or any other actions that lead us to drain/refill/reheat the water will incur a cost of $300. * Due to liability concerns, we do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Hosting or bringing an Airbnb-related Service or Experience or any other third party vendors/visitors onto the premises without our prior written approval will lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund. Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am IMPORTANT: Due to this being a tiny home, the size of the water heater tank is limited. Please try to keep showers under 15 mins and not take back to back showers. Try to spread out showers & activities that require hot water such as dish washing & laundry over different hours. There is a large trash bin hidden inside the cabinet next to the fridge to help save space when not being used. We accommodate up to a maximum of 1 dog under 60 lbs($35/dog/stay), exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, no other pets are allowed. Please be sure to include your dog in your reservation; it must be house trained and is not of an aggressive breed. Please do not let the dog on furniture/beds/tatami, pick up after it, and keep it ON LEASH when outside. The dog must not be left unattended in the tiny home at any time, even when caged. No burning/smoking/vaping - due to our close proximity to the forest and high risk of fire, smoking/vaping and burning of anything are strictly prohibited on the premises. Advanced detection systems have been installed and a fee of $300 may be charged for any violations. Propane firepit and BBQ grill are usable year-round. There is an exterior camera on recording 24/7. The camera is on the side of the tiny home facing the driveway. It does not see the hot tub or the deck. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. We are on a private well that draws spring water from the mountains, as a result the water is rich with minerals which leave behind water spots that are sometimes hard to remove. You may occasionally find such spots on utensils, hard surfaces & in the toilet, rest assured that everything has been cleaned by our cleaning team. As part of mountain living, you may occasionally encounter wildlife, such as deer and turkeys, as well as smaller critters like ants, spiders, bees, and other insects. While we take every precaution, including regular professional pest control, these critters may sometimes find their way in, that's why it's extremely important to keep doors closed. If you notice any critters during your stay, please reach out to us. We do not have a mailbox at the house, so please kindly refrain from shipping or mailing anything to the property.
